The University of Ghana Students Representative Council (SRC) has promised the operationalization of the soap dispensers installed in some washrooms on campus.
During the erstwhile Sylvester Amoako administration, the SRC procured some soap dispensers, a project that earned the admiration of many students.
In light of that, the SRC Public Relations Officer, Daniel Wereko, says that it has plans to continue the project.
Daniel Wereko also disclosed that the SRC Vice President Louis Banahene, together with the Welfare Committee of the SRC, was working on the revival of the project.
“The SRC is aware that the soap dispensers are broken and in fact as at now, the Vice President and the head of the Welfare Committee are in charge. They’ve been tasked to get more soap for the dispensers and repair the broken ones.
He also indicated the monetary allocations have already been made
